Customer Review: New model not worth the trouble

I have an older model of this product and it works great! However, they have changed the product and it simply does not work. The first that I received wouldn't even make a sound after the batteries were installed. The second dispensed all soap(quite a mess) and I observed as it continued to dispense. Nothing was in the way... it just kept pumping. Oh well, at least I have one good one. Customer service is indifferent which gives me the idea that many people are having problems with the new version. I love many of their products, so this is very disappointing.
