Customer Review: Uh, not dog proof...
Summary: 3 Stars
First of all I want to state that I do like the design of this garbage can. The step open is cool, I like the color choices and the slim design. That being said, we bought this only to keep our dog out of the trash. We have a little beagle/dachsund mix with an insatiable interest in the trash. I was so excited when the can arrived. I put it in place and later that same afternoon I walked into the kitchen to find it open all over the kitchen. Surely I left it unlocked right? Nope, our dear dog has proven time and time again that the lock doesn't stick when knocked over. So we're still searching for a dog proof can, this isn't it!
