I have been using this dispenser for the last year and I find it working great. It is note leaking at all and I use it every day several times. I wash it once a month by taking the handle out using the looking pin under the dispenser and I also remove the lid. This takes me about 10 seconds to do. Then I wash the 3 parts it in my dishwasher or using hot running tap water. I make sure it's dry before I reuse it. The instructions are very clear on how to do this.
I purchased 4 dispensers and I am using them for my Sugar, Salt and a special spice mix that I love.
The 4th one I am using in my RV for sugar again. The nice thing about it is that it will not spill or brake if dropped.
Great design, very practical, not to mention inexpensive. Highly recommended.

I hesitated buying this when I saw it in the past because I was afraid that it would constantly spill small amounts of sugar each time I put it down or moved it. I'm happy to say I haven't had any problems at all! If anything it's neater than a traditional sugar bowl/spoon!
I haven't changed the amount it dispenses so I can't say how easy that process is.
**UPDATE**
Unfortunately as much as I loved this dispenser, it ended up in the trash. After about 6 months it started leaking around the area you squeeze to dispense the sugar. It's a shame it didn't hold up. I'd give it 2 stars now if I could

I thought. It is very easy to clean, fill and use. Like
other reviews I did not find that sugar spilled out, maybe
they are still holding in the lever while putting it down.
I would highly recommend this product and every one that uses
it also loves it......

It has three mechanisms to dispense the sugar. The side, and top. The draw back is that sometimes additional sugars would spill out but it's not a big problem. But it's a 5 star for the price they are asking. Great price for a great product. I use this product everyday.Customer Review: Love it

We are using it every day for two years. Performs pretty well with regular sugar. If it starts leaking a bit, I take it apart (4 screws) and wash all plastic parts in the dishwasher (maybe twice a year).
