I drink soft drinks which are acidic and my dentist says I really must use a straw to keep the acidic beverages off my teeth. So I use straws everyday but hate throwing all the plastic away. These straws are perfect. They are tall enough to be used with a travel mug. They wash well in the dishwasher. I have some i have had about 6 mos and used daily, they still look new.
I highly recommend them to anyone who prefers using a straw but hates waste.

Who gets excited about straws? I do! I needed an extra-long straw for a tall water bottle that I use at work, and these straws are not only the longest ones I could find, they are also sturdy, colorful, and fun to share.
