This is the first product for the price that actually does what it's supposed to do! I marninate my beef with lots of garlic (one recipe calls for 8 cloves) and this will cut down on preparation time! This item is wonderful. I figured I would try it out, since I love using fresh garlic, but hate peeling it. I received the item quickly and decided to test it and it was one of the easiest items to use. I highly recommend this. I have owned my garlic peeler for several years now and use it almost every day. It works great and I can't imagine not having it! Just put in in the dishwasher to clean. Wow, for canners or folks that like to use lots of fresh garlic, this might be the best invention of the 21st century so far. This thing really works. The price seems a bit high as it is just a piece of silicon tubing, but it really works well for peeling garlic cloves.Customer Review: 39 cents to make, 8 bucks to buy

I've bought several of these for friends...It's essential if you use a lot of garlic, and I go through about 3 heads a week (we're garlic freaks!). Since I'm too lazy to go out and find tubing and cut it with pinking shears, I guess I'll have to keep buying them.
