I bought three of these candles, giving two as gifts and keeping one for myself because the unlit fragrance was so delicious. I have tried to light my candle 50 different times and it won't light. I've gotten a few brief spells of the burning ember effect, in which fragrance has been released, which is lovely, but I have never seen a flame on the wick (except when I've been holding the lighter to it!). I went to the Woodwick website to see if they posted any tips (like the Circle E website. Circle E candles are great!!!), but they had nothing. So I might try to call customer service and then try pulling some wax back from the wick to see if that might help. Now I wonder about the other two candles I gave as gifts. I won't be buying any more of these.
