I have used this canner quite a bit with absolutely excellent results. I'm already saving up for the 40 qt. model. I simply can't praise this canner enough. It's rare to see this kind of quality of design and manufacturing.
Once you own your jars, home canned in cheaper and definitely of better quality than store bought. This canner is the best investment a cook can make.

The All-American 30-Quart Pressure Cooker/Canner was delivered quickly and performs well. This cuts the time for processing food dramatically and is a great help because it is capable of holding 14 quart jars at one time under pressure. It does require a solid stove top and cannot be used on a glasstopped stove. We recommend the product for its great quality and as a real time saver.

I have the 15qt, the 21qt, and am saving up for the 30 qt I have friends that are using their grandmother's American Canner! They will last a life time. I like to can chili and various soups, so when I don't feel like cooking, I just open a jar of soup I've canned. I wanted the 30 qt, so I could can twice as many quarts than with my other 2 canner. The quality of these All American canners are absolutely top of the line and easy to work with. Once purchased, you have a canner for life. No gasket seals to be replacing. Wonderful. I have one already and am getting a second so I can tag team between the two when canning this summer. You can't beat this piece of kitchen equipment. This pressure canner is awesome. I am very impressed with its high quality machining and precision parts. This is an heirloom piece. It will last forever. I am new to canning and love this pressure canner. Have loved the whole process of canning and know that this canner does it's job very well. You can not go wrong in purchasing this pressure canner. I can't rave enough!
