Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Wine Label Remover Kit - 24 WINE LABEL REMOVERS - Wine Appeal ProductsCustomer Review: gets the job done... when it works. Summary: 3 Stars
These label removing sheets are great for most labels. Use the back of a spoon to strongly adhere the sticky sheet to the bottle.
I had about a 70% success rate on various types and styles of labels. As most websites and blogs will say, not all labels are removed with this method. These days, some labels are hard to get off at all. If you are deeply concerned with preserving a specific label, buyer beware -- this may not be the first and best solution, because once the sticky sheet is on the bottle, it will not come off without at least some of the label on there. You may want to try steam or soak first and then if that doesn't work, let the label dry and give these a whirl. Good luck!
Customer Review: Could be better Summary: 3 Stars
I was so excited to see a product that would let me save my wine labeles in tact! Well so I thought! It works ok on thin paper labeles, but the more attractive embossed ones that are glossy are another story! I did everything as directed and I still could not get the lable to come off. I rubbed it with a credit card, with my my fingers till they burned I finally soaked the label in hot water, let it dry a little then put the film on and it worked ok. Somewhere there has to be "better" product for removing wine embossed labels.

Nothing special about these labels .... they work good, but shipping rate for this little envelope size package was out of bounds! More than the labels! Will not buy again because of shipping rates from this vendor.
Customer Review: good idea, lacking results Summary: 2 Stars
I, as a wine hobbyist, was searching for a clean and fast way to preserve my wine labels. I've tested this product and found that the 1,2,3 directions don't always give the desired result. Wine labels are glued on tight and these label peelers are not as strong as always needed. When working at top performance, the label peelers offer a clean and protected method of preserving those labels, but there's still a lot of coaxing involved with removing the labels.
In summary: good idea, lacking results.

I tried this product several times and it just does not work very well in removing the labels from the bottles. I found that the laminating sheets from Staples worked much better.
