I'm always looking for extra space to put things and this canvas box fits the bill. It's just the right size for a stack of two or three winter sweaters, a small blanket, purses, socks, linens or just about anything else. It's strong enough to be stackable so if you buy a few of them like I did, they're easy to store. The color is nice and goes with any decor. I'm very happy with this purchase and plan to buy more.
Description of Whitney Design 1815 Cotton Canvas General Storage Box
For general all around storage, this WHITNEY DESIGN(#1815) Storage Box will work great for whatever you want to store or transport. It is made from a heavy duty breathable cotton canvas material. It measures 7.5" long x 13" wide x 15" deep. The top is zippered for easy access and a handle is sewn into one side panel for easy lifting. It is natural in color.This box is the ideal size for storing that special hand-knit sweater, fancy hat, dancing shoes, or collection of favorite yarns. Made of natural cotton canvas, the lid and sides of the box contain rigid panels that keep the box upright even when empty. A removable panel for the bottom allows the box to be folded flat for storage.
Measuring 7-1/2 by 13 by 15 inches, the box fits neatly under a bed, in a closet, in a dresser drawer, or on top of a work or hobby table. While there is no zipper, flaps on three sides of the lid fit snugly over the edges of the bottom to keep out dust and dirt. A handle on the front panel allows the box to be carried, as long as the other hand holds the lid in place. --Ann Bieri
