rack is sturdy and nice looking. Would have given it 5 stars except for one of the corner post had messed up threads and had to get factory to send a new one. the rack has a shelf above and below for extra boxes, shoes, or folded items.this is very handy for my son in his small apt with one small closet. it is on wheels so it can be moved easily. he is very tall and his clothing items have more hanging room on the rack than in his closet.Customer Review: Tried The Others - This One's The Best

I originally purchased two Whitmore garment racks with three shelves. They went together flawlessly and have stood up to probably twice the weight of clothes that is recommended. When I decided to order another, I ordered this model, with only the top and bottom shelves. When it arrived I realized it was another brand that was designed and looked identical to the Whitmores.
It took very little time to recognize the difference. The other rack was weak, kept lopping over and I wasn't even move it to my closet for use. I promptly returned it and orderd this Whitmore model.
As with the original two I purchased, this went together easily, is sturdy and holds a huge amount of clothes--as many as you can fit. Although the racks have wheels, don't expect to move them once loaded if they are on a carpeted floor. This is not a flaw of the design, but merely a situational problem. If on a hard surface, they would be mobil as intended.
The Whitmore's are excellent products for however you plan to use them.

This was super easy to put together and is very sturdy. It's adjustable so I could make the shelf lower (so I can reach it). I put the whole thing together in about 30 minutes, and that includes interruptions from my kids.Customer Review: Very Sturdy Construction.

The ease of assembly really impressed me. It took just about 15 minutes and I was very pleased. The solid construct of the material ensures a long life or usage; it is also rust proof and holds an appreciable amount of weight. Highly recommended for any wardrobe/laundry shopper.
