Slightly smaller than I was expecting but still has plenty of storage room. The drawers are a little small (no silverware storage in them like I was hoping). The shelves are adjustable which is really nice. Very easy to put together.
Side note: If you have never bought from Everything Furniture I recommend them. For what you get and the price they have GREAT customer service. I ordered the Buffet and the Kitchen Island. I had no problem receiving the Island but I had a ton of issues getting the buffet...all with FedEx. The customer service rep (CSR) at Everything Furniture was not only super nice to me but she was as honestly put out at the issues I was feeling as I was! It is really rare to come across a CSR these days who gives a flying hoot about the customer and for her to go so far out of her way to make sure I was happy and got the best help she could offer really impressed me.
With both items I ordered there was at least one piece missing from the box. You don't call Everything Furniture you call the manufacturer direct (number comes in instructions). Since my items came at different times I called twice. The first time I got them after hours and took the risk (out of curiousity) and left a message...they called me back at 8:30am the following morning! The second time I got an operator. Both calls: The CSR was very friendly and asked me all the information they need and clearly and nicely explained where to find it (none of that attitude some people give like you are supposed to know everything). The replacement items are shipped free of charge directly to you, my only complaint is they come FedEx Ground and (for me) it took a full week to get them...but considering I didn't have to pay for it I guess that isn't really the end of the world.
I don't need anymore items for my current place but if/when I do I would definately order from Everything Furniture again, and I would/do recommend it to my friends.

I join the other 4 and 5 star reviewers in praising this buffet. For the money and for the purpose it is excellent.
First thing to realise is that it is chipboard so you CANNOT get it wet. It will not forgive you and you will regret it.
That said, it is a very attractive piece. It took me a while to put it together, but I did it myself and was in no hurry at all. The instructions were very clear and all the parts were included. It was packed well and there were no scratches or other boo-boos in the parts. I put it together without a power anything (because I did not have them). The trickiest part was attaching the doors and that was because of the angle. And even that was not cause for frustration.
The drawers are smaller than I thought. To illustrate, a standard cutlery holder cannot fit, and a standard spatula has to be angled to fit from back to front; BUT this unit holds much, much more than one would think. 5 pots of varying sizes with their covers, two pans, many plastic bowls, boxes of foil, plastic wrap, waxed paper, sandwich bags, freezer bags and a 5 piece set of Pyrex dishes with their plastic covers.
I am very pleased. For what it is and for what it does, this is a really good buy.

This buffet is perfect for me. I rent a pretty large room in a house where I don't have access to a kitchen, so essentially, it's my pantry. It looks great and holds a ton of stuff, probably because it weighs a ton too. Hey, at least you know it's solid... Just make sure you have a hand if you have to take it upstairs or move it
anywhere for that matter, and you'll be fine. Although the instruction manual might look like a textbook, there's nothing to it. it's easy to assemble and very durable. I've had it for a little over a year now, and I'm very happy with it. the 'beautiful butcherblock top' is really contact paper on particle board, so don't have any illusions about choping and dicing a lot of stuff on it. Still, the top looks nice and does a good job simulating wood. This is an honest solid buffet that is well worth it's price and will meet and probably exceed your expectations.Customer Review: Very nice for the money

I recently purchased this item. I have to say I was very pleased. We've been looking for something small enough for a short wall in our dining room, yet big enough to store things like a crock pot, larger stock pot and extra baking pans. The drawers are nice to have as well. I use them for pens, paper and warranty info. This really does the job perfectly. My husband put it together and said it was easy (I didn't hear any swearing). I waited until it went on sale and paid $119.00. With price, shipping ($42.00 just a month ago) and tax ($7.00), total was $168.00. This price was reasonable to me. I would recommend this item and would purchase again.

You can purchase this item for less in other sites even with free shipping and handling. Shop around! Nevertheless, this product is great to use in the kitchen for those people who have limited amount of cabinet and storage in their place of residence. For the price is quite sturdy and looks really nice. I bought the hutch also and 2 other Storage cabinet from the same line to put on the right and left side of this buffet and pantry and it looks really. Gives me plenty of storage. Less than 400.00 for the 4 items(Buffet, hutch and 2 pantries storage units)and it was money well spend. Quite happy with my purchase!
