DISTILLER WORKS WELL FOR DISTILLING ONE GALLON TAKING 4 HOURS TO MAKE.
WOULD LIKE TO SEE AN IMPROVED GLASS CONTAINER. WHEN POURING,THE LIP ON CONTAINER LEAKS WATER OUT ONTO COUNTER-POOR DESIGN,AS LIP IS NOT WIDE ENOUGH.

I only give this unit 2 stars because we did get distilled water from it. Early on, we would have water all over the counter. Sometimes there was as much water on the counter as in the catch pitcher. We talked to Waterwise on several occasions and they were absolutely no help. They made several suggestions, but none worked. Do yourself a favor and get a better distiller.Customer Review: Not good enough for dental office

I bought this distiller to use in my autoclaves ay my dental office. It won't get the water purified enough for the autoclaves to accept it. They automatically shut down when the water is not distilled enough.Customer Review: Don't buy it

its not what they say it is except its color !!???
Don't buy it even when i wanted to return it they would not pay for the return shipping !?!?!?
they did say in theitr old add that it has dule power voltge they chnge it now do iu bought it had it shipt to kuwait trie3d it and it wouldn't work !?!? becouse we have 220 volte i asked for a return adress which i was welling to pay for the retrun at my own expence
and that was the last i heard for the company
pluse amazon would not interfer in the matter
SO DON"T DEAL WITH THAT JUSER COMPAY

This one works well except for a buzzing noise that it makes when is has warmed up. I have to run it out in the garage.
I've had it for a couple of years now. The thermostatic switch is beginning to go wacky. The unit will turn itself on again after all the water has been boiled away. Could be a fire hazard. I would give only one star now.
