This product is simply a dream coming true!! I have a Miniature Schnauzer that is allergic to everything; dust, grass, fleas, and many (or a million) other things. The conditioner was introduced by my Vet as he spoke very highly of the product moreover I purchased it. I've been using the conditioner on him for about a year now.
When he has horrible breakouts, itches, redness all over, etc., I simply give him a bath and rub the conditioner into his hair. Once applying the conditioner, it works immediately and last for several days or week (in higher pollen seasons, I tend to bathe him more often thus I apply more conditioner during those times).
The overall smell of the product doesn't have much of a chemical odor nor does it smell like roses- it's neutral in my opinion and I can live with it.
Within 24 hours or less, he is clear from any redness; he doesn't scratch those itching spots anymore. Living in Louisiana, the climate is unpredictable thus his allergies flair in the spring, summer, and fall- however it is no longer a problem as this product works wonderfully well!
I suggest purchasing the product via online at Amazon as I paid less for 16 ounces than what my Vet charged for 8 ounces- Can't beat that!
