Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Viking Portable Induction Burner 15x12-in.Customer Review: Viking Portable Induction Cooker - Great! Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this cooker because my glass cooktop on my range takes forever to boil a pan of water. When I read about induction cooking, I had to try it. I have only used my range about twice in the month since I got the induction cooker. Induction is so much faster than my electric cooktop that I can cook much more quickly and I love it. I did have to buy some new pans that are magnetic on the bottom, but it was well worth it. Viking Portable Induction Cooker
Customer Review: Simply Amazing! Summary: 5 Stars
Here is a truly useful technological innovation. The precision of this cooker's continuously variable heat settings is every bit as good as a professional gas-fired range -- and the kitchen stays much cooler due to its efficiency! The 1,800 watt power rating really sets this unit apart from other contenders in the field, justifying its higher price tag.
Customer Review: This is a MUST!! Summary: 5 Stars
Every kitchen should have this!
It is great for quick browning, soups, stews, anything!
I love it. It does not heat the kitchen up like a conventional stove or oven.
I have a Wolf stove and I rarely use it now since I bought my Viking induction burner.
Easy to clean, makes life much easier:)
Customer Review: Induscion cooktop Summary: 5 Stars
exelant product, use it all the time! I also ordered the Circulon Infinite Circulon 10-Piece Cookware Set and the combination is outstanding. I also have an old waterless cookwere set from the 1950 time and they work very well, although they are not nonstick.
Customer Review: Outsanding Product Summary: 5 Stars
This product ROCKS! I don't know how I lived without this Viking portable induction cooktop. It looks great, functions beautifully and even the knob has a high quality 'feel' to it.
I'm looking forward to years of use.
