I LOVE this thing, and I don't even like "kitchen gadgets"! I got this as a joke "gag-gift" for my husband who always complained that I cut up the vegetables too big. Now I can't live without it. Satisfies my OCD nature by easily turning out piles of perfectly cut, uniform sized pieces. You would be amazed at the variety of veggies you can shove into an omelette using the smaller dicing blade. Makes your soups and salads look professionally prepared. Easy to clean, too. I plan to get one for all of my girls for Christmas (just so I can have one available when I cook during visits!)Very sturdy. Only tip is to be sure that the chunk of vegetable placed on the grid for cutting does NOT over-lap the edges of the metal grid. Having pieces sticking out beyond the cutting grid suface is what makes it hard to cut.Customer Review: I'm buying another one

I have rheumatoid arthritis, and I find this chopper an absolute necessity. Sure, you have to do a little preparation, but it's a lot easier to slice an onion and lay the slices on the chopper than it is to chop the whole thing -- at least, if you have arthritis. I can push down on the top with the flat of my hand just fine. I have had mine for five years, and the clear receptacle cracked (no fault of the chopper -- I dropped it and someone stepped on it -- LOL). Anyway, even with a small crack in it, it works fine; but I am going to buy another one and keep the cracked one for times when I have several ingredients to dice. I like to chop my ingredients ahead of time, and the chopper makes a great "holding bowl" while I line up all of my ingredients. I absolutely love this handy little gadget!! I use it all the time to dice my onions and pepers. We go through a bunch so I usually do about 10-15 pounds of onions and freeze them so they are ready when I need them. I also do 15 or so peppers too. This is something that lets me do my job quickly and easily here at home. The 15 pounds of onions only took me about 25 minutes to have them done and in the freezer. Works great for making diced hashbrowns too. Slice them potatoes to the desired thickness and put them in this a slice at a time and your taters are diced for hash browns real wuick. works for making mashed potatoes and potato salad too! Thanks for the great time saver and when this little baby wears out, you can bet your bottom dollar I will be purchasing another so keep em coming.Customer Review: Best Salsa Maker!

I'm on my third one now because I use it so much. I chop veggies for salads, casseroles, slow cooker and of course, Salsa! This little gadget is perfect for chopping tomatoes, onions and peppers. I use the small blade and everything is so uniformly cut for just the slightly chunky salsa that I love. I've tried a hand chopper, food processor and chopping by hand. The chop wizard is by far my best result. I used to have to wear a mask and gloves because the pepper juice would make it difficult for me to breathe. Now, I can chop peppers without any problem. I made three huge batches of salsa in under an hour. I also use the large blade to chop potatoes. My mashed potatoes are now evenly cooked. I did a lot of research before I bought this item and let me tell you its one of the best TV items I have ever purchased. It chops almost EXACTALY like you see it on TV. One swift (but firm) motion and POW you have diced whatever. Its SO easy in fact that the first day I got it my room mate and I chopped just about everything in our fridge in about 20 minutes. Onions, celery, carrots, peppers, even some chicken breast. Whatever looked like it could be diced. The ONLY thing I had trouble with was soft bread. Everything else was like a chopping factory. Bought one for my sister for Christmas even. FAR more sturdy then I expected. Great and easy design and each blade is nice to have. I use it a lot and I love it every time.
