Customer Review: RAZOR SHARP!!!!!!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

This is the best knife in my collection. I have a set of very expensive henkels knives and this is better than every one of them. I highly recomend this product for one and all. I have had this knife for about 6 months now and i have sharpened it once. It sharpens very well and it is as sharp as the day i got it. For the price this knife is unbeatable!!!!!

Customer Review: Good knife
Summary: 4 Stars

This is a good knife, however I only rated it a 4 star because after about 3 weeks of use I needed to sharpen it. That is not a bad thing, however I just wanted it to last for a longer time before having to sharpen it.
It is light weight and it has good balance.

Customer Review: a cut above
Summary: 5 Stars

Purchased this knife since the cook's illistrated /American test kitchen uses it and recommended it.
It works great and does what it is built to do better then most $100 knives of this type.
By the way if you do not know about cook's illistrated mag or have not watched their show, do your self a favor and buy a copy or tune them in you will be enlightened!!For serious cooks and objective reviewes.

Customer Review: My favorite knife
Summary: 5 Stars

I use this all the time, i WAS SO IMPRESSED witht the quality I ordered another one. You can't buy a better knife for the money.

Customer Review: Nice knife for the price but doesn't function as Santoku
Summary: 3 Stars

The purpose of this style of knife is to facilitate the falling away of sliced veggies etc. The scalloped sides should stop sliced material from adhering to the sides. The knife fails miserably in this regard. I believe the scallops are either not wide enough or not deep enough, perhaps both. Bottom line, a well built, comfortable knife to use but don't expect sliced material to fall away as with a real Santoku knife.
