I have bought many knives from the R.H. Forschner line, and this one holds up to my high expectation just like the rest of the line. At the price, I am convinced that it is the best paring knife you can buy. The blade is high-quality and the handle is very comfortable.
The knife comes razor-sharp and will make simple kitchen tasks seem so easy. Highly recommended.

I love this knife. It has the true Swiss Army quality and feel to it. It is small, light, but sharp. It makes cutting smaller items in the kitchen easy, and removes the fear of cutting yourself. I gave one to my mother as a gift, and she loves it. She has a habit of cutting herself when cooking, and with this knife she says she can easily and safely cut. I need a knife that I will use more than once and then decide it isn't very comfortable, sharp enough, or something along those lines. This knife feels very secure when my hand is damp. The sharp blade makes it just as easy to slice a cherry tomato in half as it is to cut up a zucchini squash. Like it's big brother, the chef knife, you get your money's worth.Customer Review: love it!

I bought several of these paring knives. I kept two for myself and gave some as gifts. I'm very happy with my purchase. I would definitely purchase this knife again. I have also bought the Victorinox chefs knife. It had a much sharper blade than the paring knife when new. I would highly recommend both these knives. This is my go-to paring knife. It's sharp and fits my hand well. The one I bought over a year ago has lost a little of its sharpness with constant use, but it's still very sharp. Short blade is great for coring. Goes in the dishwasher. I keep 2 in my knife drawer and have given them as gifts. Great value.
