Have used this set once and was pleased with all three knives. The chef knife easily cut through think potatoes and asparagus ends and the pairing knife did not crush my tomato at all. Very pleased for the money!Customer Review: Knives are great

These knives are as described. They are very sharp and they do not discolor. They easily slice through things that most knives have trouble with. I would recommend these for a resonably priced, sharp knife.
