My parents have had this model for several years and it's been a great reading light. Sturdy & reliable. No problems with the grill popping off and the light is very easy on the eyes!! Highly recommend. the performance of this model is what made us purchase the more expensive Verilux Original Natural Spectrum Deluxe Floor Lamp, Burl. Both are fine lamps.
