I have used a few coffee pot cleaners and this is the best cleaner by far. I have the stainless steel thermal pot,and the opening is too small to really get in there and scrub out the stains and build up. The product is virtually odorless. I did not think it was going to be able to clean anything. I followed the directions. I put 4 squirts in, let it sit for a few moments, then swished it around a bit. Almost like magic the grim on the inside melted away. I added some hot water and let it sit for a few minutes. When I dumped it out, it looked brand new. I was so excited I cleaned my neighbors pot too! This is the best cleaner ever.
