These pads are shown packaged in plastic bags and appear to be of a good quality. They arrived not packaged in anything except the box. An open shipment of pads, so if you think you could use these for people, forget it. I didn't even want to use them for my dog. I can't imagine the company would just throw loose pads in a box and ship them like that, who knows what dirt and germs were picked up by the pads. Also, where were the pads stored before the pads were shipped, under what conditions, and who handled the pads. Even the puppy pads I buy at Kroger are wrapped in plastic and are a 100 times better quality and much bigger than these pads. The only thing big about Wee Wee Puppy pads are that they are a BIG DUD! DO NOT BUY THESE PADS! They are of very poor quality and dirty too. They don't absorb anything except your money. BEWARE OF THESE PADS. Pass on this item.
