Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of 5 Gallon Bottle Drinking Water PumpCustomer Review: Makes my life so much easier! Summary: 5 Stars
I live in Nigeria, and the tap water in my house comes from a well, so not ideal for cooking. This item connects easily to a 5gal water bottle, so I have clean water to cook with. Works flawlessly, and easy to fit.

Fits snuggly on 5 gallon bottle. Pumping water out doesn't require much effort. Would buy again.
Customer Review: Good Water Bottle Pump Summary: 4 Stars
The pump works good, you have to push down on the top to make the water come out, but don't push too much or it will come out really fast and spill.
The end of the spigot has a little plastic cover to prevent it from dripping out, but it broke off the first day we got it, we still use it though, it's just not attached to the bottle anymore, it's really easy to break it off, it's a miracle it stayed on through the shipping.
Sometimes when you push the pump the top part get's stuck and you just have to push down to get it unstuck.
It will draw all the water out to the bottom except for maybe a few ounces.
We had to get the right size bottle because some of the water bottles we tried with it were too narrow and the pump wouldn't close around it, even though they were 5 gallon bottles.
Overall, we're happy with our purchase, and it arrived quickly!
Customer Review: Got what i wanted Summary: 4 Stars
This is exactly what I expected when I ordered it. I read other reviews and that helped me to decide. This is not a pretty device but it has worked fine for the five 5 gallon jugs we drank so far. Its so inexpensive that you might want to get another one when it eventually wears out. I took apart the device and washed it in the dishwasher first (I put the bare bubble pump on the top shelf as its flimsy and might melt?). Then I just put the jug on the kitchen counter and screwed it on. Works fine every time. It does need a pretty good push but my wife and kids have no trouble with it. Its best to push straight down, right in the center. The last 2 inches of water are not easy to pump so I take off the gadget and pour the last bit directly into my glass. I bought 4 of them and after my family visited and used my device I had to give the other 3 away. Thanks,
JON
