Customer Review: Just Right, Perfect for the Neutral Kitchen!

This holder is very nice looking. I find the size large holder to be adequate for my purposes. The size is approximately 4.25" diameter by 7" tall, which is plenty big for most utensils. It fits at least ten of my utensils.
I even bought the medium because everyone complained about how small the large was and I found that the medium was too big for what I planned to use it for. (Diameter is approx. 3.75" by 5.5" tall.)

From the original bamboo cutting board company, Totally Bamboo, this utensil holder is a beautiful, functional, ecologically sound addition to any kitchen. Bamboo is actually a grass that grows to a harvestable height of 60 feet in about 3 to 5 years, growing as much as 2 feet per day. It has an extensive root system that continually sends up new shoots, naturally replenishing itself. It does not require replanting, making it one of the most renewable resources known. Totally Bamboo uses 'Moso' timber bamboo which is neither a food source nor a habitat for the Giant Panda. Totally Bamboo's utensil holders are assembled with approved food-grade glue -- none of their products are made with formaldehyde-based glue. No dyes or stains are used in the manufacturing process.
