So far, so good. I have had this cutting boards for several months. I like the concept of bamboo (great durability & no trees have to be harvested). I have owned other types of wood cutting boards in this price range and experienced cracking or warping after initial use. Nothing so far with this cutting board. It is much heavier than I anticipated. Even thought it is heavy, it is thin enough to store easily. I have bigger, heavier cutting boards but this one has become the one I reach for first. I bought mine at a local store. I am pleased that I was able to handle this prior to buying. I passed it up on Amazon many tmes.
This is a well made board. It is a pleasure to cut on. I keep my knives sharp and this cutting board accentuates my VERY cool kitchen kutlery quite well.
I wash it off with a swipe of water and a cloth.
I, on irregular occasions, treat the wood with jojoba oil.
Keeps looking good and performs well.
I'd get one as a gift for a loved one.

By 'cutter', I mean something to cut things on. Anyway, this cutting board is what gets the job done. And it looks real nice in my kitchen, as it would in just about any kitchen as well, I imagine. This is an excellent product. Love the large design with recessed perimiter for catching meat juices, etc. Big enough for prime rib, turkey and chicken carving. Great looking, easy on knives and will last a long time. It looks so good you'll have a hard time cutting on it the first time. It's worth the money and would make a great gift. Once I got used to the weight of this board, it has become my "go to" cutting board. Construction is top of the line, no warping or splitting, cleans up in a snap. The fact that it is a beautiful Piece of equipment doesn't hurt either. I bought the "two fer" and all above applies to the smaller cutting board.
