Love this thing. Very sharp serrated utility knife that keeps its edge for a long time and makes quick and easy work of a heck of a lot of kitchen cutting tasks. My first one of these stayed useful for years. I was stunned at how sharp its replacement was, and still is after several months. If I had to stock a kitchen on a shoestring budget, I'd pick this knife, a Wenger bread knife, and a good chef's knife-- done. If I had unlimited money to stock a kitchen maybe I'd buy more than three knives-- but this one would be one of 'em!! Great value, superior performance. Highly recommended!
