We are trying to get away from all those plastic drink bottles and this is just perfect. No questionable lining to worry about either. The lid has a large opening to drink from that is super easy to clean. The rubberized base helps to ensure that the bottle does not slide around. Being able to flip open the lid with one hand is a major plus also. And this thermos has been dropped many times and has not broken - not even the lid. Our previous water bottle only lasted one day after it was dropped and the lid broke apart. The insulated qualities of the Thermos are good too, no more sweating bottles, and the water stays cold all day. Thermos 22-Ounce Leak-Proof Hydration Bottle, Stainless Steel
I received my first bottle two weeks ago, and I liked the first one so much that I have now ordered a second from Amazon. The bottle is everything the previous reviewers say and then some. I can find no flaws in the Thermos line, but especially like the 22 oz size as it carries enough to keep you hydrated but easily slips into a backpack and is light enough to be able to carry two of them for long days fishing or hiking. It dows not leak at all, and I love the opening that is so functional and easy to drink from.

I bought this hydration bottle in Sept '09 and 8 months later I am still amazed by this product. It's been dropped, kicked and even hit by LAX balls at high speeds. All this and it only has a few small dents, does not leak and keeps water cold over twenty-four hours. It has also been used for coffee and it kept the coffee warm for four to five hours in the cold. Might work longer but I drank the coffee. I would say this is one of the best things I have ever bought as far as value for your dollar in my entire life. This spring I will be buying two more of these. Oh, by the way I'm 52 even though my wife tells me I act like a 20 year old. Buy one you won't regret it.Customer Review: Fantastic product

Had this for a few months now, its everything I expected after reading the many reviews here. The button release flip top is fantastic for one-handed use, and the lick locks open to prevent it from hitting your nose while drinking. There is also a metal latch to lock the lid close so it doesn't accidentally open if placed in a bag. The thermal capabilities are as advertised, though I have to remove the lid to put ice cubes in it which is only a minor inconvenience. Some others mentioned having difficulty holding the bottle but I had no problems, in fact its smaller than my Nalgene, but I still frequently carry it by the attached carabiner.Customer Review: Thermos is perfect!

I enjoy a can of soda to take to work every morning. And I like ice with my soda too. After too many spills in the vehicle (with my old mug and lid) and after reading the reviews for this product, I decided to invest in this Thermos. It comfortably holds a whole can of soda and about 6 ice cubes and keeps the product extemely cold. The lid makes a slight "pop" noise (because of the soda fizz), but works perfectly with the large drinking hole. It fell over on my vehicle seat the first morning and finally, no mess! It is totally worth the money. Enjoy!
