I love this! My son is 16 months old and still on whole milk (BTW - You cannot find whole milk in the milk box containers). If we are traveling or out for the day I just pour the whole milk into this thermos and it stays cold for at least 12 hours - ice cold. It holds 16oz - toddlers are supposed to consume 16 - 24 oz of milk a day so this is perfect for 2 servings. The lid went down the sink drain without my knowledge and I ran the garbage disposal - it only has a couple of dents and still fits on the thermos! This is exactly what I was looking for - perfect.Customer Review: this bottle is my everyday companion

I received this thermos bottle as a gift, and let me tell you, every student/caffeine addict needs one! I was amazed at its ability to keep liquids hot; I would put my tea or coffee in at 7am, and pour a piping hot beverage at 5pm. It survived many falls, including being dropped at high bicycle velocities. I loved this bottle so much, that after losing it, I bought an identical replacement. It is a great size for me (16oz,) but fyi, amazon sells a larger one (0.79 quart) for about the same price. I bought that one for my dad to keep him from coveting mine.Customer Review: Excellent for individual use

This item is fantastic! I got it as a gift for my mate. We tested it out by putting it in the freezer to chill and then placing ice cream in it as a treat for a long day of work. Six hours later the ice cream was still pretty well frozen! It can't be placed in the dishwasher and conventional scrub brushes won't fit. Best use a scrubber like the ones in Chem. class. Clean it right after use. Keep in mind that this size is best for an individual and not so much for group sharing. I read other reviews but when I bought it, it surpassed my expectations. I bought this to carry hot water to mix with Baby formula for my 8 month old in a two level home. In middle of night I wanted hot water handy. I do not even boil the water but keep it hot. Pass one night, the hot water is reasonalbly warm even for the next night. So I fill every other day. May be if I keep it boiling, it may last upto three nights !!! I haven't tried yet.
I would rate it as 5 Star. I have tried so many thermos but this is the best in this size.

I purchased this item in the hopes it would keep my beverage hot. Sometimes when I am riding, I get to the barn at 8AM and stay til 4. During the cold wintermonths I need to know that I can warm up with my coffee or tee. Last weekend I forgot the thermos in my purse and finally emptied it at 6PM. The coffee was still hot. I didn't believe the claims, but now that I have tested it...perfect.
It fell down a couple of times when the horses got a bit rambunctious but it stood up to the test and since then it hasn't leaked either. A+++++
