After reading what others had to say, I ordered the Thermos E5 16 oz. travel mug. I love it! It really does keep my coffee at drinking temperature for more than three hours! I have absolutely no complaints about this item and would recommend it to others with no hesitation.
I also purchased the Timolino 20 oz mug, and love it equally. It has a wide mouth and keeps my water icy, for over 24 hours! No exaggeration - I put the water and ice in the mug at 8 pm and the next day at noon it still had clumps of ice. These are both great cups.

I have been a school bus driver in Maine for 7 years. It was very hard to find a travel coffee mug that would keep coffee hot all morning. Coffee cools quickly when it is below 20 out. This mug keeps coffee hot for 5-6 hour easy. Driving a school bus, believe me, I need my coffee. The best part is how easy it is to clean. The design of the cover allows you to wash every bit of it. If you are a travel mug user you know how hard it is to clean between the sliding lids or the pop out that. Not with this mug. The best I have ever used.Customer Review: Great Thermos

I have had this thermos over a year and use is winter and summer for cold and hot. It doesn't leak, unless you do like I often do and forget to close the lid. User error ... But then it only dumps coffee if you turn it upside down.
I haven't had to replace a keyboard or mouse for over a year and probably saved a fortune in paper towels.
And, it cleans easily even though the hole in the top is small there doesn't seem to be build up on the inside, like so many of the other brands. Use a bottle brush.

This mug really is leak-proof (as long as you make sure you have the lid screwed on correctly.) You can toss it in your work bag and not have to worry about it. Additionally, I find that it keeps my drink hot for a very long time - hours. I tend to drink over the course of the morning, so this is especially nice. The only drawback, as I've read in other reviews, is that the opening is pretty narrow - no room for a spoon. I've purchased one for my husband and one for myself...and now I'm about to get one to give as a gift!Customer Review: So far - so good

I was looking for a truly leak-proof coffee cup & I've found it in this Thermos mug.
I ride a motorcycle daily for transportation (I live in Florida now) and make a stop for coffee on the way to work. I can fill this baby up, screw the lid down, and throw it in the saddlebag without worrying about it leaking. That's a definite improvement over what I had before.
My only suggestion would be for Thermos to make a 22-24 ounce size.
BTW It does keep things hot pretty well too.
