This is a great product. My family has been using it for 2 winters now and it works great! All these complaints about "blowing cold air around"... they obviously didn't read that this is a "cool mist humidifier," so it obviously will blow "cool" "mist". They need to get the "warm mist" model to get the "warm" "mist." There is a setting to change it from most humid to longest run time. Set on the most humid, for the first few days you will have to refill it a little more than once a day, but after a while it will last you all day. The filter works great! All these complaints about the tank being awkward to refill are crazy. As long as you can hold a gallon's worth of weight in one hand, it's quick and easy to refill in the kitchen sink. My 45 year old mother can do it quite fine by herself. I love this product and plan on getting one to take back to college with me in upstate New York to put in my dorm room (the sub zero temps outside with the heat inside make the air quite dry).
