We used this fountain for the first time last night. It was the hit of the party. Everyone loved it. We followed the directions exactly, and the fountain worked perfectly. All you have to do is pre-melt the chocolate before you put it in the machine, and you have to make sure you add the right amount of vegetable oil so that it flows well. We used Ghirardelli chocolate chips. The machine ran constantly for about 4 hours with no problems. Overall it was very easy to clean, except for maybe a couple of small tricky spots, but if we had put that one part in the dishwasher it would have been a breeze.
