I LOVE my stick up bulbs! I have them everywhere! I only got one that the switch is apparently bad on so the batteries go dead quickly. The others have a long battery life and are so handy in the closets, under the sink, at the front door for when you were gone longer than you thought you would be so you didn't turn on the porch light. Pull the string and see where to insert your key! Good for beside the bed and in each room of the house for when the power goes out at night. (which is often where I live).
And if you don't like the bare bulb look you can clamp on one of those cute little clamp-on shades to match your room colors. (It does diminish the light though so it's a trade-off). I wouldn't want to be without them!
