Customer Review: cheap construction,battery holder falls apart

The janitor where I work had one of these and he loved it, so I ordered one. The metal clamps associated with the battery holder are not appropriately attached and fall off. I tried two completely different sets of new batteries and could not get the mechanism to turn on and spin. The plastic battery case is supposed to come out of the handle, and was EXTREMELY difficult to remove. So despite our best attempts we could not get the battery operated functions to work, and decided rather than bothering to send it back we would just use it like a typical duster.
