This countertop garlic roaster makes excellent roasted garlic. I have owned one for over a year and it performs perfectly. I gave it as a gift and the recipient enjoyed it too! Roasts a goodly portion at a time, takes about 25 minutes. It looks great on the kitchen counter, takes up a tiny bit of room, uses miniscule electricity -- in short, a truly useful appliance.Customer Review: Garlic Roaster

I like the quick easy way this roaster roasts garlic. It really does exactly what it is advertised to do. I love the smell of roasting garlic and the cooked garlic tastes great! It is simple to operate, cooks in 27 minutes and is simple to clean! It is well worth its price. I liked it so well, I bought one for my sister and she also loves her garlic roaster.Customer Review: fantastic

I don't know how I lived without it. Not only does it roast garlic in half the time of oven roasting (without heating up the kitchen), it is fantastic for doing whole roasted onions (2 cycles). Okay, it may be viewed by some as a silly "toy," but it is toys like this that add to our cooking joy. I'd buy it again in a minute!Customer Review: Just adding my stars to the list

I was given this little garlic express as a 're-gift' from a co-worker who I guess had it and never used it and knew that I love and use garlic a lot.
It is really the coolest! It roasts the garlic so quickly and with such a fabulous aroma in the house.
Now I'm finding an excuse to use it all the time! :)

I love this kitchen gadget. It makes PERFECT roated garlic in little time. I broke my first one, my fault, and this replacement was really hard to find. They may be coming out with a new model or maybe it's just very popular but it is awesome and it's shaped like a bulb of garlic. How cute is that?
