This is the best $10 you will ever spend. I bought Moving men years ago and have borrowed them to so many friends (one didn't return them so have had to buy again!). I am small, petite and not very strong, but with these little discs, I was able to move every single piece of furniture in my house BY MYSELF!
You will not regret your purchase.

The sliders are great for moving heavy furniture items. I was surprised and pleased that sliding furniture from hard floor to carpet was not an issue. I do not recommend leaving the sliders under furniture as floor protectors. The indents in the foam become permanent and they tend to crack.
This is the reason I bought this set-my second one.

husband gave up on trying to get a chest to fit exactly into a clost space, so i ordered these moving man things. moved the chest into space ALL BY MYSELF with the little moving man pieces. kept it under the piece so we can still move it out in the future. wish they came in other colors, orange is a little loud when left with the furniture piece.Customer Review: great helper for moving furniture!

I recently rearranged my son's room. With this little helper, I was able to try a dozen of different arrangements in a short time with ease. It can be used on floor and carpet. even my son can push his chest on the carpet. A must have in a house!
To use on wood floor, it is better to slip on a used sock, and it won't scratch the floor.

Even someone over 50 with a bad back can easily rearrange a room full of heavy furniture with these glides. No need to empty the bookcase. Just tip slightly and insert the glides. You can move television and audio equipment while still in the armoire. Dust under the king sized bed. They work on carpeting and bare floors. I love this product.
