If you love garlic you HAVE to have one of these! It's so easy, you just cut off the top of a big clove and put it in upside-down with a bit of EVOO and it smells - and tastes - DELICIOUS! Use the cloves for just about any dish - mashed potatoes, vegetables, even steak. Customer Review: 4 1/2 stars.

This is a great machine. The only problem is that it could be a bit bigger.
One bulb of elephant garlic or 2 average size bulbs will fit. I got three by triming some cloves off until they fit.

I like the quick easy way this roaster roasts garlic. It really does exactly what it is advertised to do. I love the smell of roasting garlic and the cooked garlic tastes great! It is simple to operate, cooks in 27 minutes and is simple to clean! It is well worth its price. For the price; does exaxctly what it says, quickly, excellently, and easy to clean. For those of us without the time to peel fresh cloves it works great with the large jar of already peeled cloves.
