The raclette grill is so awesome for hosting guests at dinner. Practically anything you want can be made on this grill in the middle of the table from starters, to the meal, to dessert. It is a lot of fun for everyone and allows you to spend time with your guests instead of slaving in the kitchen.Customer Review: Does everything it says it can!

Everything works perfectly and as expected, but the 8 plates were not packaged with the box as specified. I called Amazon and they immediately ordered 8 plates for me at no charge. When they came in, however, 4 of the 8 were broken and they are out of stock. Amazon gave me credit for 4 of the plates and suggested I keep checking back and order the additional 4 when they become available. More hassle than I planned for, but the Amazon customer service has been fabulous.Customer Review: Grill comments

This grill works great. The only problem is it's size , four people are about max. I knew this when I purchased it but due to to storage problems could not purchase anything larger.
The smaller size does make eating more intimate and fun

We were invited to a party and used one so we bought this and it worked very well
