We just had our first day with this item... the family loved it! We had a big lunch (the traditional potatoes with cheeses & lunchmeats) then later, used it to make melty desserts like crepes, s'mores & mini tarte flambes (pre-cut toasted tortilla squares with sliced bananas & dark chocolate).
The recipe possibilities are endless. Mini-pizzas, sliders, baked pasta, etc., + the temp control is a good feature.
The product is light and pretty portable. Easy to clean and stow. Best feature I noticed right away; my family was having fun together! We're gonna keep this to ourselves awhile before we share with guests. I highly recommend!!!

Absolutely fantastic product. It is good for everyday cooking and for having a dinner with a couple of friends. It is right on the table: no need for anybody to jump between the stove and the table. Veggies, meat, fish, calamari, shrimps, scallops and of course cheese..anything you can imagine! The unit itself seems to be very solid and perform as it should. I would highly recommend to buy both, stone and reversible grill, and, at the same time, a set of two turners, a set of tongs and a metal scraper.Customer Review: works great!!

Have already put my raclette grill to the test and have been 100% satisfied each time. Dinner guests are impressed by this new and different type of presentation. Trays, spatulas, and grill top are all non-stick which makes cooking AND clean-up very easy. Only negative thing I can comment on is that having the grill right in the middle of the table makes for a warm centerpiece. But on a cold winter night, that could be a plus.Customer Review: great quality

This raclette grill is authentic and functional. For the little space it takes, you can cook a delicious dinner without using other pans. The grilled food tastes like it was cooked at a barbecue grill. The grill on top has slightly higher edges to catch any sauce or liquid from spilling. Cleans very easily. I really like the square pans, they're much easier to use than the wedge-shaped ones. Everything is coated in non stick so it cleans up like a breeze. The temperature knob is a nice touch, just watch your fuses, whenever it kicks on my lights flicker. It's a good time for when you want to say to your guests, cook it your damn'd self.
