I am glad to have made the purchase of the Sunbeam bread machine. I had another one that lasted 17 years. So I knew I couldn't go wrong with Sunbeam. I like that it is simple. Other bread machines have so many unnecessary gadgets. This one works great. However, my credit card number was compromised at this website. Someone got it and attempted to make charges on it. I have never owned a bread machine. Researched many models and ask friends which they had used. I chose this one due to size, price and ease of use. It has proved to be a good choice. It is simple to use and easy to clean. I do think it should have come with more recipes to use. I am satisfied that I did not pay for a higher priced model when I am new at using bread machines. Our bread has turned out tasty and beautiful.Customer Review: works great

I live in Korea right now, and have been using this bread maker overseas (last in China) for 3 years. My mom gave this to us (USED!!) when she bought a new one. She had bought it in 2001 or something. She gave it to us in 2005, and it is still running in 2008. I like this bread maker a lot, and it has never given us a problem.
Gets my vote. And when we need to buy a new one, I will probably just buy another one of these.

This is a gem for the money. I did buy another receipe book after reading the reviews but the basic white was the same. I think it is how you deal with the humidity in adding more flour or less water. It is so nice to have bread that smells like bread, tastes like bread and probably only costs $1.00 or less. Just finished a loaf of cinnamon raisin that came out beautifully. As always Amazon is tops in service.Customer Review: Great Bread Machine

I have had this bread maker for a little over a month. I use the bread mix in the box and every loaf has come out perfect. I have used bread makers for over 6 years now and this was the cheapest one I ever bought. It seems to be just as good as the more expensive one I had. If you are looking for a bread maker that is inexpensive and works good,this is the one. One is a very large machine.
