Customer Review: Really a good machine!
Summary: 5 Stars
I was a skeptic with only one paddle for mixing and soooo inexpensive.....WOW really does well. I use the machines (have two) to make dough, pop it in a loaf pan to raise for 30 more minutes in a slightly warmed oven (on a minute or two and then off) and bake for 25 minutes and you have super soft awesome bread. Might even try baking in the bread maker some day. GREAT GREAT!
