Customer Review: Great Bread Machine!!

Sometimes I just really get confused when I read negative reviews on an item like this. I have had this bread machine for over seven months now and have baked 40+ loaves without a single problem. And I mean not one! The only thing I can figure that is causing a problem is when people use their own bread recipes. Something has to be off, whether it's the amount or age of the yeast used or the water temperature or something. I almost always use the boxed breads, whether plain old white, sourdough, wheat, barley or you name it that is out there on the market. I always make certain, using a thermometer, that the water temperature is around 80 degrees and they ALL have baked perfectly using this machine. I would certainly never hesitate to buy another of these machines again. In fact, I have been thinking seriously about buying another one now just so that when this one does eventually stop working (as they all do in time) I'll have another all ready to take its place, just in case they discontinue this model (as they also always seem to do in time).
