Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Sunbeam 2371 MixMaster Stand Mixer, WhiteCustomer Review: Sunbeam 2371 Mixmaster Stand Mixer Summary: 5 Stars
I am very pleased with my new mixer and know I've made an excellent purchase. It's heavier duty than my previous Sunbeam stand mixer that I had for about 14 years before it "died." My new mixer has a deeper bowl so the beaters are a little harder to remove without getting some batter on the edge of the bowl...have to remember to slide the bowl over to the smaller bowl position to prevent this. And, I'm getting used to pushing the button to raise and lower the beaters instead of just grabbing the top handle and raising and lowering them. I am very, very happy with my new mixer! :-)
Customer Review: Still great quality Summary: 5 Stars
After owning probably the orginal of this mixer for over 25 years, it was great to find that the quality was still the same. What was even better is the price of 69.99 was a great value. I have tried the mixer and it works just the same. The only difference is the mixing bowls are heavier. I just put them away and will use my old, lighter bowls until I break one. Probably not going to happen if they have lasted through 25 years of use and at least 20 household moves. I would definately recommend this mixer to new bakers and for routine tasks to anyone.
Customer Review: Good Mixer for the Money Summary: 5 Stars
We purchased the Sunbeam 2371 Mixmaster from Amazon just recently. True to Amazon's amazing delivery performance, it came less that three days after we ordered it. We don't do an excessive amount of baking, etc. so we did not want to purchase a high end mixer for $300 or more. So far, the mixer works very well and we like the heavy glass mixing bowls it came with as well as the three different sets of attachments. It's not heavy to move around and for the money we spent we are very satisfied with this Sunbeam Mixmaster.
Customer Review: Stand Mixer Summary: 5 Stars
I've wanted a KitchenAid mixer for years but never could justify the cost. Got the Sunbeam right before the holiday's and I've used it every week since. So it's not as "pretty' as the KitchenAid, but you have all that you need for your basic baking needs. I even use it for bread dough when I don't use my bread machine. Overall a great value, even comes with two glass bowls in addition to the beaters, whisks and dough hooks.
Customer Review: Sunbeam 2371 stand mixmaster Summary: 5 Stars
I really like the product reviews on Amazon. I highly recommend this particular model. I can't afford the top brand, but this worked better than expected. I love the glass bowls instead of metal. It was very easy for a non-tech like me to use. I haven't used it daily, but often for different things. I love, it, but hope they have replacement bowls if mine ever should break. My only wish is that it had a flat paddle.
