Sure wish I'd read these reviews before picking this up while shopping yesteday--at least I didn't pay the shipping. What a piece of junk! Takes forever to produce any steam, then the light goes on to indicate it needs to heat up again. I didn't find a single wrinkle go away. Please do not waste money on this--there are lots of handheld steamers that really work. I just shudder to think how many of these are going into landfills.
