Customer Review: Great scale. Arrived damaged and spoiled my wifes christmas!

The packaging and delivery speed were great. The scale works as prommised. Easy to set up. The scale arrived with a huge scratch on the veiwing area which is plastic. My wifes christmas is spoiled. I did not bother contacting the seller because it is now too late to do anything about my wifes christmas. I am furious! Its not about the money and I will not waste time with returns. Needless to say I will not ever purchase from this seller again! You would think that during the holiday season the merchandise would be checked before it is shipped.
