I took a gamble and lost. This device may work for some people, not for me a complete waste of time and money. I followed the instructions to the letter. I even weight it 5 lbs. At first when I laid my head down on it, it was very cool. I woke up three hours later and it had absorbed my body heat and my pillow was soaking wet. also the plastic smell was unpleasent but tolerable, only to see if the chillow was any good.
