I bought this dehumidifier because of the reviews of how quiet it was.
From the beginning it didn't work very well, and the people at the Soleus assistance line was about as rude as you can get.
The dehumidifier quit working after about 2 months, and hasn't worked since. As far as I am concerned, IT'S A PIECE OF JUNK!!!
Amazon, if you are reading this, you need to think about dumping this line of products.
