This body pillow is so fluffy and big that it actually helped me fall asleep faster than usual. I have work everyday early in the morning so a good night sleep is very important to me. Before I got this pillow, I usually roll back and forth in my bed before I could actually fall asleep. Now with this pillow, it had kept my body in one place so that made my sleeping process much easier.
