Sharp RK51S27 Built-in Trim Kit for Sharp Microwave. This product shipped quickly, installed easily and seems to vent well. It was a little tricky to get the microwave cord into the box at the back, but we managed : )
Otherwise, I have to say the thing goes side to side in the cabinet with virtually no clearance on the sides. Since it sticks out in front of the cabinet about an inch, I wouldn't recommend you put anything with a door next to it w/o a spacer as I think it could impede full swing of some doors.
