I have been using my Sharp Carousel for a month or so now. I am very happy how pretty and nice it is. I ordered the stainless steel front and it is built in above my oven. It has many very nice features and has so many different ways to cook. Since it has been hot, I have enjoyed using the convection portion, as it is small and does not heat up the whole house like my regular oven. I really can't think of anything that I don't like about it. This one is a new version of the one I used for 10 years. I am thus far very pleased with my purchase. I have used all the features of this oven with very good results. I have baked cakes, pies, and cheesecakes in it using the convection feature and everything has come out great. It's pretty quiet as it works and doesn't heat up the kitchen noticeably. The microwave feature works well to heat food quickly and as evenly as any other microwave. It looks nice and is a good size. I did a lot of research on different ovens before I decided on this one. I love my new convection microwave. When I selected the stainless steel model I thought that only the outside was stainless but it is stainless steel on the inside also. The touchscreen controls on the unit are very intuitive, I don't need to use the very good manual that comes with it. I really like the way it can microwave and bake at the same time. The first unit received was defective--couldn't even set the clock much less start the unit. Amazon quickly arranged for a replacement which worked well out of the box. Purchased it because it has both microwave and convection capabilities which is very useful in a small kitchen. We bought this Sharp to replace one we built in 20 years ago. It was a 9H something. This new unit fit exactly in the same enclosure. We like it better than the old one. The pop corn sensor is fantastic. No problems with it thus far. The old one was still working, but most of the buttons had quit.
