This is an incredible little machine. I've used all of the functions and they worked perfectly. One must use the owner's manual to program certain functions and it is more complicated (since it does more) than the Whirlpool Gold micro/convention oven it replaced. I love that I can grill (vs. frying) since grease does not splatter all over the kitchen. The interior is a breeze to clean. I've now donated several other small appliances (toaster oven, 2 GF grills) to Goodwill so it has also freed up extra kitchen storage space.Customer Review: Sharp microwaves are #1

I had a Sharp Microwave/Convection oven for 20 years. It was a bit larger than this one but cost $500. new. I certainly got my money's worth from the old one and I expect the same from this one. Forget the "bargain" ones at the big box stores made in China, they are junk! And the best part is: I live in Mass., so I didn't pay sales tax or shipping and it came in 2 days. I haven't tried grilling hamburgers yet, but I'm sure they will come out just fine. This is a perfect companion to my Jenn-Air downdraft stove.Customer Review: Sharp R-820BK Convection Microwave.

I purchased the Sharp Convection Microwave to replace the one in my Pace Arrow Moter Home, Class A 36 ft long. I received the order with no damage to the product. Being that the product was identical in everyway to the one that came with the motor home it fit perfect into the cabinet above the stove. I removed the damaged microwave and installed it myself with a little help from my neighbor. It works perfectly with no defects. I recomend this item. Other than trying to figure out exactly what to use on the control panel I LOVE THIS THING!!! I basically hit the buttons to make the different things guessing what I should use. I have made biscuits, cookies, steaks (from frozen done in 18 minutes) and it taste great, made a casserole and of course the basic microwave functions. The directions in the book say to check the package for convection settings but I haven't come across any package with it on it, BUT I STILL LOVE IT.Customer Review: Very very happy with it

When we bought our used RV back 2004 it had this microwave in it. It died and we bought another one which got killed by an out-of control-generator (power surge) so after poking around a little we decided we wanted the exact same thing. It's small, compact, very versatile, easy to use and we love the grill capability. Nice not to have to carry around a separate propane or charcoal grill in the RV. Quiet. And of course dealing with Amazon.com is terrific!
