My microwave finally died so I started searching for a new one. My family LOVES popcorn and this one has a popcorn button with the option for even a snack bag size! It has popped every kernel perfectly, everytime! I love to option to reheat, but I haven't mastered the sensor heat yet. I think it may take some practice. The microwave is a great size too! I can easily fit a full dinner plate or five potatoes in a circle. It is also very quiet and while the screen might be a little dificult to read at certain angles, it doesn't bother me. I love the timer and it even has an option to keep the food warm which works great! All in all, I would highly suggest this product.

My first Sharp Carousel microwave oven lasted 14 years without any problems. So when it was time to replace it, I bought the R-320HW. I don't normally go for gadgetry but upon trying the sensor settings for hot water and baked potatoes, I really liked them. I no longer had to guess how long it might take to heat those items.
The only issue I have with the new Sharp is that the frozen vegetables sensor setting caused the vegetables' water to boil over. Perhaps it was because I was heating them in a thick mug. It might work better if I used a bowl instead.

I don't have lots of experience with microwaves so was looking for something that was simple and practical to use. I wanted to stay around $100. I looked in various stores and those were tiny and seemed quite flimsy. This microwave is solid, simple to use and fast. A bit larger than I expected which is fine but does take a bit of counter space. Faster than anything else I have used. It has features that I will probably never bother with but it is serving me well and has been so far good value.Customer Review: Sharp microwave

My very first microwave was a sharp and I have been in love with them every since. I love the ease in operating and especially the sensor settings. There is no guess work. It senses the right amount of heat for whatever task that I select whether I want to reheat, make popcorn, heat water, bake potatoes, or defrost meat. The size is also perfect for my compact kitchen, but yet I don't have to lose out on the features that I love.Customer Review: Very Sharp Microwave

Great product. We had another Sharp oven for several years that we were very satisfied with and wanted to buy an equivalent product when the old one died. This oven filled the bill. Same great features plus some new ones. I particularly like the sensor reheat function. No more setting exact times or guessing the quantity of food on the plate. Just slip the food in and press the button and the oven takes care of the rest.
