I bought this microwave to replace the old one that I had for thirteen years. It was a GREAT buy!! It's medium sized, perfect to be placed over the counter. I don't cook in it, I mainly use it to warm up liquids, like milk and coffee. It's great to warm up food as well. It's very easy to use, and it has a classy appearance. My kids have learned to operate it as well. The stainless steel on the outside looks great and it's easy to clean. There's a light that lights up when opened and when operated. this is a great appliance, especially considering the great deal I got from Amazon.com. The attractiveness of the exterior would fit well into any kitchen decor, but the ease of operation and the many, many features (so many that it will be a while before I am able to use them all) make this the best microwave I have ever purchased. My food is cooked in even less time and more thoroughly than with previous microwave ovens I've owned previously. Overall, this is a simple and low-maintenence oven, AND a really great value.Customer Review: Very good

St. Steel for this price, that great. So far after a month it's fine.
This has hard to find 3 stage cooking! The Sears people don't know this!!!
3 settings at once > example, hi for 2min, med. (5) for 1 min. then low (1)
for 1 min. or any combination and all 3 settings will cook one after the other all by itself!
This is the main reason I bought this, this is a fabulous feature!
The inst. for basic use are OK, but the inst. for the fancy settings are
incomplete!

I needed to upgrade my old .7cf microwave so I started doing some research on various brands and also read customer reviews. I decided to get the Sharp R-305KS 1cf. As the nbr 2 rated midsize microwave, I am very pleased with its performance. The stainless face and body looks good. More importantly, the features are great and with 1100 watts, this unit does the job quickly. I haven't had this unit long but I hope it gives me many years of service. Very satisfied with this product.Customer Review: Very classy looking.

I use stainless steel cleaner in a can to help keep this looking new (no smear marks). It wipes clean real easily. It seemed smaller than expected for some reason, but haven't had to reheat anything that didn't fit in it yet. That means more space savings on my counter. The specific buttons such as the popcorn button are right on time wise. No hot spots in our food like with some other microwaves. This one is a bit more costly but well worth the money for the quality.
